Hypocrisy
The practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behaviour does not conform.

He has now been the Right Honourable Prime Minister for two years and four months.

Once a politician starts telling you they have a strong christan faith, you know we are in trouble because a basic belief of modern day politics is the necessity to not tell the truth, make sure the message, however nonsensical is kept to and above all else, avoid any responsibility by blaming the other lot!
Luxon is a classic example and should never be believed because he lies all the time!
